Kyiv and Moscow have accused each other of striking the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant in southeastern Ukraine, which has been shelled repeatedly in the past week.
A new $5bn IMF loan to Ukraine will reassure other creditors, the chief economic adviser of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
